These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the utilization of services provided by Tamás Kamocsai Sole Proprietorship (KTAudio), including IT, electronics repair, and audio engineering activities.

2. Scope of Services and Formation of Contract

The Service Provider carries out the following business activities:

• IT consulting and computer technical services.
• Electronic equipment repair and electrical maintenance.
• Audio post-production (Mixing & Mastering).
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design.
• Electronic kit assembly.
• Acoustic and audio system measurements.
• Importing and sales of loudspeakers and sound equipment.

The contract between the Parties is concluded upon written (email) acceptance of the custom quote by the Customer, or upon placing a formal service order.

3. Performance and Deadlines

• On-site Repairs: For electronics and electrical repairs at the Customer's location, the parties agree on the time and location in advance.
• Workshop Repairs: For service conducted at the workshop, the parties agree on the schedule beforehand.
• Digital Services: For mixing/mastering and PCB design, fulfillment occurs via digital delivery of the finished files.
• Deadlines: Completion deadlines are uniquely established for every project upon agreement with the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

In accordance with statutory provisions, the Customer is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. An exception applies if performance of the service has already commenced upon the Customer's explicit request. For custom-made or personalized services (mixing & mastering, custom PCB design), the right of withdrawal is restricted once performance has started, and may be refused by the Service Provider in accordance with law.

6. Warranty and Statutory Guarantee

The Service Provider provides warranty coverage for performed repair works as prescribed by effective Hungarian law. For digital deliverables (mixes, designs), adherence to agreed technical parameters is guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights and Data Protection

• Transfer of rights over intellectual property passes to the Customer upon full payment of the agreed fee (with the exception of custom software developments).
• Personal data is processed by the Service Provider strictly for the purposes of contract performance and invoicing.

8. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution

The Service Provider and the Customer shall endeavor to settle any contentious issues primarily through amicable negotiations.

Conciliation Board: In case of a consumer dispute, Customers qualifying as consumers are entitled to turn to the Fejér County Conciliation Board.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): Complaints may also be submitted via the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu

Jurisdiction Clause: If disputes between the parties cannot be settled amicably, the parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Székesfehérvár or the Regional Court of Székesfehérvár, depending on the subject matter and statutory threshold.

For issues not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.) and Govt. Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses shall apply.
